Native honeybees from the Nyungwe \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan style=\"font-size: 1rem;\"\u003eForest play a role in pollination, contributing to the unique \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan style=\"font-size: 1rem;\"\u003echaracter of the cup. The farmers use no synthetic inputs \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan style=\"font-size: 1rem;\"\u003eie. no artificial fertilizers, no pesticides, letting the land do \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003eits work.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eThis coffee was processed as a honey anaerobic. Following \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003ecollection and sorting, the cherries were depulped and \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan style=\"font-size: 1rem;\"\u003efermentation was cut short, leaving mucilage intact on the \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003eseeds. They were then placed in sealed containers for an\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan style=\"font-size: 1rem;\"\u003eanaerobic fermentation phase before drying.
